Written late at night in a hotel room overlooking the city, this started as an exercise in one of my favorite styles of ambient music where all you need is a simple, repeating progression and a good pad sound. I can't help myself, though, so I added a bunch of additional parts and details. (Shameless Vangelis pad vibes abound, back on my ambient-pop BS.)
